Situated in the Countryside, in a green setting, the Holiday cottage La Chaloupe, with terrace, garden and swimming pool, sleeps 4. It is attached to the owners' recent house (built in 2013).

All on one level, the Holiday cottage comprises :
- Large living room with dining area for 6 people, library provided. Living room with sofa and 2 leather armchairs, coffee table, flat-screen TV, sideboard. American-style kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, central island with 2 high stools and Senseo pod coffee maker.
- A 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, desk with chair, closet and chest of drawers.
- Second bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200cm, chest of drawers.
- Bathroom with Italian-style 90x90cm shower, washbasin, storage shelf and heated towel rail.
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, household utensils and storage space.
- Separate WC with washbasin.

Private 12 m² terrace with garden furniture and gas plancha, private 300 m² garden. Alarm-protected heated Piscine (open from 01/06 to 30/09) 8x4m, 1.8 m deep, open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and shared with the owners. Swan-neck fountain in the Piscine.

Private parking on enclosed property. Wifi access. Ducted heating (included). Optional end-of-stay cleaning. Sheets and towels included.
Babies are welcome in this Holiday cottage, which provides dedicated equipment on request: Umbrella bed, high chair, booster seat, potty, changing mat.

It is not possible to invite extra guests during your stay, as the house is designed for a maximum of 4 occupants.

This Holiday cottage is perfectly situated just 7km from Aix-en-Provence City yet in the Countryside, with a beautiful view of the Sainte Victoire from the swimming pool.
