You'll enjoy a pleasant terrace, shaded in the morning and sunny in the afternoon, and a private garden with deckchairs facing the hills, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Ideally located for Hiking enthusiasts, you'll have direct access to the hills behind the house, including Cap Canaille and Charlemagne's Crown. The Arène Beach is only 1 km away by footpath, and the port of Cassis, the famous Calanques and a host of small restaurants are all close by, offering a holiday between Sea and nature.

The interior features a bright living room with dining area, sofa (convertible for an extra person - €50/week), and fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, mini-oven, microwave and small appliances. You'll also find a TV for your moments of relaxation.
The comfortable bedroom opens directly onto the terrace and has a double bed (140x190) and a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Access to the Holiday cottage is via a closed electric gate, followed by a 200m path, offering lovely views all the way.
The terrace features garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals.
Central heating is included for your comfort, and additional services are available on request, such as linen and sheet hire, and the provision of a cot and high chair.
Wi-Fi connection is available, and private parking is available on the property. Pets welcome (1 maximum, subject to the owner's agreement).
