Facing the Montagnette, La Bergerie de Roman is a completely independent Holiday cottage with private garden and Piscine.

First floor:
- Open-plan kitchen with 3-burner gas stove and 1 electric hob, electric oven, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
- Living/dining room with decorative fireplace, sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, stereo system and bookcase. Dining area. Reversible air-conditioning
- Separate WC.
- Hall with high ceilings and storage space.
- Bathroom with 120x90cm shower and washbasin.
- A first bedroom with a 2-person bed 160x200cm, wardrobe, shelves and trunk.
- A second bedroom with part on the first floor and part on the mezzanine (air-conditioned). Downstairs, bedroom with a 2-person bed 160x200cm.

1st floor (mezzanine): upstairs from the second bedroom, a mezzanine comprising 2 areas separated by a passageway. The first is a play area for Kids, the second a sleeping area with 2 beds 90x190cm. The mezzanine has a total surface area of 13 m² at a height of 1.8m.

3 private terraces with garden furniture, private 800 m² garden, private 8x4m Piscine, depth 1.20 to 2.20m (open from May to September), maximum depth 2m, alarmed. Table tennis, badminton net available. Plancha grill. Enclosed garden parking.

Included: bed linen, towels, table linen and end-of-stay cleaning. Baby bed, high chair and bathtub available on request.

The Holiday cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
