La Bastidette

Between the Alpilles and the Luberon, La Bastidette is a large Holiday cottage located in the center of a Provencal farmhouse, adjoining the owner's daughter's home on either side, and with a year-round rental. It can accommodate up to 7 people, and offers an authentic, comfortable setting. In summer, the plane tree provides shade on the terrace, and air-conditioning is installed in each bedroom and the living room for optimum comfort. Its location makes it an ideal base for exploring Provence: the Alpilles and Luberon parks are less than 5km away, Salon de Provence 15km, and halfway between Avignon and Aix-en-Provence.

La Bastidette has two levels. Ground floor:
- Large living room with sideboard, round table and chairs, staircase leading to first floor. Fully-equipped kitchen with built-in oven, large worktop, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, multi-cup coffee maker.
- Living room with dining area: table and chairs, games table, sofas and TV (TNT).
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- 3 double bedrooms with 140x190cm beds, storage and TV, one with desk.
- 1 single bedroom with 90x190cm bed, table, chair, TV chest of drawers and rack.
- Bathroom with double washbasin, storage space, Italian-style shower and heated towel rail.

Outside, the semi-covered terrace is accessible from both ground-floor rooms. It is equipped with garden furniture, a barrel/bar with high stools, a gas plancha, and is shaded by a large plane tree.

Reversible air conditioning. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Baby equipment available on request.
