Classified as a remarkable monument and saved from demolition in 2022, La Bastide des Trembles is a magnificent Marseille home restored and renovated by David and Sofia. Its unique architecture, with its moldings, brickwork and beautiful veranda, makes it an ideal place to recharge your batteries in Marseille. Close to major road links to Aix-en-Provence and Aubagne, the bastide is also within easy reach of the Calanques National Park. The city center is easy to reach by public transport, with the Stade Velodrome 2km away and the Institut Paoli-Calmettes world cancer center just a 10-minute walk away.

In the main living area, you enter via the veranda, then pass through a spacious living room with sofas and library. The kitchen is not freely accessible. Separate toilet on ground floor.
A beautiful staircase leads to the 3 main bedrooms:
- Purple bedroom on 1st floor with 160x200cm bed, desk, chest of drawers. Bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin and heated towel rail. Separate WC.
- Bastide bedroom on 1st floor with 160x200cm bed, chest of drawers. Open-plan shower room: washbasin, Italian shower. Separate WC. Private 2m2 corner balcony with garden furniture.
- Bedroom on 2nd floor with bed 160x200cm, closet. Baby bed and changing table. Bathroom/wc: washbasin, Italian shower, heated towel rail and toilet.
The 4th bedroom faces the Piscine, on the owners' side of the house. It has its own terrace. The blue bedroom is a little cocoon with a 140x190cm bed. Open-plan bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate WC.
All rooms are air-conditioned, connected to the Internet and equipped with smart TV.

Communal Piscine 7x4m, secured by a tarpaulin, open from April to October, 9am to 6pm. Outside, numerous areas with garden furniture, deckchairs and a pétanque court.

Full breakfast served on the veranda or outside. Table d'hôtes on reservation (€35 per person).
