Welcome to this superb, fully-renovated 300 m² Provencal house, located in Boulbon, a charming, typical village at the gateway to the Alpilles and Camargue regions. Designed to accommodate up to 10 people, this vacation rental combines modern comfort, generous space and a friendly atmosphere in a warm, authentic setting.

Enjoy a 1400 m² private enclosed garden, and a large 280 m² terrace with trellis, inviting you to laze around the heated, secure swimming pool, or play a game of ping pong or pétanque under the Provencal sun. A gas barbecue is also available for tasty outdoor meals.

The first floor welcomes you with a large, bright living area featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge with bar, table soccer and darts, as well as a Wellbeing area with Spa and Sports hall.
A single-storey bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC has been adapted for disabled access.

Upstairs, four comfortable bedrooms each have their own en-suite shower room and WC, guaranteeing privacy and autonomy.

The house is located in the immediate vicinity of Boulbon village center. With its small shops, square, village hall, stadium, kids' playground and summer entertainment from early June to late August and mid-September.
Throughout July, Boulbon's quarry hosts shows as part of the Avignon Festival.
