A gas barbecue is also at your disposal for tasty outdoor meals. The first floor welcomes you with 1 large, bright living space including 1 fully-equipped kitchen, 1 living room with bar, table soccer, darts, as well as a Wellbeing area with Spa and 1 Sports hall.
A bedroom on the ground floor has been adapted for disabled access, with its own private shower room and toilet. Upstairs, 4 comfortable bedrooms each have their own shower room and toilet, guaranteeing privacy and autonomy. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of Boulbon village center. With its small shops, town square, village hall, stadium, children's playground and summer entertainment from early June to late August and mid-September, Boulbon is the venue for the Festival d'Avignon, which takes place in its quarry throughout July.
