- Fully equipped kitchen with 2 bars with high stools, open to the living room. 4-burner ceramic hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
- Enclosed garage with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Office or gaming room for Kids, giving access to a private shower room, equipped with a 90x90cm Italian-style shower.
- Separate toilet with washbasin.

First floor:
