Located 5 minutes' walk from Noves town center, Holidays in Noves is a villa built in 2009 in a residential area, with a large 700 m² private enclosed garden, swimming pool, pétanque court and bicycles available (5 bikes).

On one level, the house comprises :
- Entrance hall with double closet and separate toilet with washbasin.
- Large 50 m² living room with leather sofas, armchairs, large connected flat-screen TV, board games, DVD player (DVD available). Dining area for 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen opening onto dining area with bar and high stools: fridge/freezer, 4-burner induction hob, hood, oven, chopper, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee maker and food processor.
- Storeroom with washing machine and additional freezer.
- Office area with teleworking equipment (screen, mouse, keyboard, headphones), sofa, armchair and bookcase.
