In a residential area, 2km from the Sea, two other Holiday cottages on the property as well as the owners' house.
Day room (a few steps) with bay window opening onto the private 19 m² terrace with garden furniture and electric plancha. In the living room, fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood and small fridge/freezer), 2 armchairs, flat-screen TV, dining area.
Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200cm), closet. Direct access to the terrace from the bedroom via a bay window. En-suite shower room with 80x80cm shower, washbasin, washing machine and WC.
Sheets and towels for hire. Tablecloths and tea towels provided. Tourist tax not included. End-of-stay cleaning on request (45€). Electric heating (included). Parking on property. High chair and baby bed on request. Wifi access.

Ludeve Une pause au soleil après Noël
Très satisfaite de cette location tout confort, agréable et bien agencée Un parking facile et sécurisé, un accès à pied de la mer très pratiqueet une terrasse abritée qui permet de profiter de la douceur du climat.

Celine-Alex vacances au top !
Accueil très agréable avec des petites explications.
Classeur à disposition avec toutes les informations nécessaires dont l'itinéraire d'un petit chemin pour descendre à la plage, sur le portou en ville à pied. Également pratique pour remonter le soir quand il n'y a plus de bus.
Les propriétaires habitent à côté et restent disponibles si besoin est.
Gare SNCF avec bus toutes les 30" pour aller en ville et vraiment pas cher (0,63 euros le ticket).
Concernant le gîte aucun vis à vis, très calme, très propre, bien équipé en tout point de vue et avec la clim et le wifi.
A proximité de toutes les activités (nous avons pris une seule fois la voiture en une semaine) et résidence sécurisée et intimiste.
Petites attentions des propriétaires qui ont été appréciées.
