On a large Camargue farming estate, this Holiday cottage is a 19th-century hunting lodge, adjoining another Holiday cottage, set amidst livestock and cereal fields, on the edge of the Vaccarès pond (Arles Centre 22 km - Stes Maries 44 km). Camargue bull breeding.

Approx. 1 km away, shared heated swimming pool (12x6 - 1m30 to 1m80) in an old sheepfold (beautifully designed), with shower and toilet facilities, open from April 1 to August 31.

This single-storey, air-conditioned Holiday cottage includes a kitchen (fridge/freezer, 3-burner gas hob and 1 electric hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven). Separate living room with dining area and sitting area in front of the fireplace (TV).
3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, baby bed, private bathroom with shower and WC. One bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm. One bedroom with 1 single bed 90x190cm.
2 separate shower rooms. Separate WC.

A 20 m² covered outdoor veranda. Private area of 75 m² with garden furniture on shared, unfenced grounds. Barbecue, parking. Electric vehicle charging station (shared by 6 Holiday cottages, individual billing via downloadable app).

Heating included. Baby bed and high chair. Housekeeping on request. Sheets and towels for hire. Pets allowed with a supplement of 10€/day/pet, additional deposit required. Condition of reception of the animals: dog held in leash, notebook of vaccination, attestation of insurance, picking up of the droppings. No cats allowed.
