Domaine Ballore is located in the heart of nature on the heights of Simiane Collongue, at the foot of the Pilon du Roi, halfway between Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and Aubagne.

Adjoining another studio, in a renovated former stable, the Le Grand Puech studio features a sleeping area with 160x200cm bed with storage and TV, fully-equipped kitchenette (sink, 2 ceramic hobs, table-top fridge, microwave), separate shower room/WC.

The 28m² terrace features a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs, and offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the countryside. The several-hectare estate is accessible to guests, as is its large 16x8m Piscine (depth 1 to 2.5m) open from May to September, 10am to 6:30pm. Communal areas (15x3.5 pétanque court, orchard, ping pong table, badminton, swimming pool) are shared with the owners, one studio and one gîte. Washing machine shared by both studios in the room under the swimming pool.
Private parking on the property. Communal educational farm and starting point for Hiking and mountain-biking trails 500m away. Electric vehicle recharging point.
