Entirely renovated, it successfully blends the old with the new, with exposed stonework and family furniture tastefully restored by the owner. The Holiday cottage is located halfway between the Camargue and the Alpilles, and not far from the historic cities of Arles and Nîmes.

All on one level, the Holiday cottage comprises :

- fitted kitchen opening onto living room: fridge/freezer, combined oven/microwave, 3 induction hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher. Table and 4 chairs, convertible sofa 160x190cm, coffee table, armchair and connected TV.
- bedroom with bed 160x200cm, closet with hanging space.
- shower room / wc: corner shower, wc, washbasin with drawer, heated towel rail.

Communal areas: 2000m² garden, garden furniture, barbecue, parking and laundry room with toilet, washing machine, washbasin, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
