The Holiday cottages Notre Dame offer 2 cottages for 2 and 6 people, which can also be rented together (8 people). This property, located at the foot of the Chapelle de Notre Dame du Château (10-minute walk to a panoramic viewpoint over the entire valley), is set in unspoilt Countryside, in the Parc Naturel Régional des Alpilles. The Holiday cottages were built in 2023, using fine materials (wood, travertine...) and have access to a shared Piscine. They are adjoining but separated by a shared laundry room with washing machine and household utensils. The large ground-floor Holiday cottage comprises: - Living room with corner sofa and 3-seater sofa, recliner, dining area for 8, home cinema with TV access (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon prime, Canal+). Fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner induction hob, hood, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, central island with high stools. Beautiful wrought-iron and wood spiral staircase leading to the mezzanine floor (high ceilings): - Bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm) - Bathroom with very large walk-in shower (140x160cm), double washbasin and heated towel rail - Separate WC Upstairs: - Mezzanine overlooking the living room with armchairs - 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds (90x200cm) Private 40 m² terrace with garden furniture and electric plancha. Large garden of approx. 1500 m² shared by the 2 Holiday cottages. Free access to the owner's 4x9m, 1.5m-deep saltwater swimming pool. Private shaded parking on the property. All-inclusive: wifi7, reversible air conditioning, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels.
Pets allowed subject to conditions: 1 pet maximum, no categorized dogs, droppings collection compulsory, pet supplement payable. Reinforced recharging socket for electric vehicle (10€/recharge payable direct to owner) Drive through the Alpilles, Arles and the Camargue, Beaucaire and Tarascon, Avignon, the Pont du Gard or Aix-en-Provence.
