In the Countryside, 1.5 km from the village center, between Sainte Baume and the Calanques (Cassis is 20 km away), very nice south-facing Semi-detached house with private swimming pool (4x8, 1.50 m deep, accessible from May 1 to September 30), secured (alarm) and 300 m² grounds with parking.

On the ground floor, access via the gravelled terrace to the living room. This bright, south-east-facing room features a living area with flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas, a dining area and a built-in kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, small appliances).
A 2-person bedroom (160x200) opens onto the terrace through a French window, and has its own private shower room/wc.
Upstairs, two bedrooms: one with 2 beds 90x200 and one with a 2-person bed 140x190. Shower room. Separate toilet. Washing machine

Bed linen and towels included in the price.

On the grounds, you'll also have access to a petanque court and a swing and slide for Kids.
Electricity charge of 8kwh/day included in the price.

You're staying on an equestrian farm.
If you're a cyclist or hiker, you'll be faced with a difficult choice, given the immediate proximity of the Pagnol hills.
