The Mas Sivan gîte is an attractive two-storey loft-style house with private terrace less than a kilometer from downtown Arles.

Just a stone's throw from Arles town center, the Mas Sivan gîte adjoins the owners' family home. It is located on a one-way street with very little traffic, but close to a road.

This attractive house, formerly a wine cellar and then an architect's office, is accessible via an electric gate and offers a private parking space.
On two levels, it comprises on the first floor :
- entrance hall with large wall cupboard.
- fitted kitchen with 4-burner electric stove, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker. Dining area with wooden table and 6 chairs.
- After 3 steps, the living room with garden view is equipped with sofa, TV/wifi, table with tourist information and lamp, and opens onto the terrace via French windows.
- a first large bedroom with garden-view window, 160x200cm bed, bedside tables and lamps, desk, rack and storage bins.
- shower room/WC with shower cubicle, washbasin with vanity unit, washing machine and heated towel rail.
- 30m² terrace with table and chairs, parasol, deckchairs, bench and barbecue.
Access to the 1st floor is via a metal spiral staircase. The two loft-style bedrooms have high ceilings and are separated by sliding walls. The first has 2 beds 90x190cm and the second a bed 160x200cm. Two steps lead up to a bathroom with Italian-style shower, double washbasin and vanity unit, heated towel rail. Separate WC.
