Just a stone's throw from the Hiking trails, the Holiday cottage de Sulauze is a detached house set in the owners' wooded grounds. The enclosed garden features a swimming pool and summer kitchen, shared with the owners. The Holiday cottage has been completely renovated and offers all modern comforts, including a private terrace, separate bedroom and air conditioning. You're close to the Etang de l'olivier, a fishing reserve where you can enjoy a pleasant stroll, as well as the Etang de Berre, where you can go swimming. The Camargue, the Alpilles, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille are all within a 50km radius... great excursions are in store!

The Holiday cottage de Sulauze is all on one level and comprises :
- Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (dishwasher, oven, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer), closet. Sofa bed (additional bed possible), coffee table and connected TV with all streaming offers (Netflix/Canal+/Disney+/Amazon Prime). Dining area for 4.
- Bedroom with 160x200cm bed and large closet.
- Bathroom with shower and curtain, WC, heated towel rail and vanity unit with drawers.

Outside, a private terrace sheltered by a pergola. Private, sheltered parking close to accommodation, secured by electric gate.
Campsites accepted.
Enclosed swimming pool area with lawned garden and summer kitchen. Piscine 10x5m (depth between 1.20m and 1.75m) secured by alarm, shared with owners.

Air-conditioning in living room. Wifi (fiber). Baby equipment available on request. Bed linen and towels included, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Pets allowed: 1 max (with supplement).
