The Holiday cottage de l'Arbousier, designed for 4 people, is the perfect starting point for a holiday combining relaxation, culture and nature. Set in a peaceful, residential environment, the gîte has its own private courtyard, perfect for sunny breakfasts, al fresco meals or relaxing after a day's sightseeing. The Holiday cottage is semi-detached from the owner's house, yet has completely independent access, guaranteeing privacy and freedom throughout your stay.
Thanks to its privileged location, you can quickly reach the historic center of Aix-en-Provence, with its fountains, Museums, Provencal markets and lively terraces. Nature lovers can also explore the region's emblematic landscapes: the Aix countryside, vineyards, mountain ranges and typical villages.

The Holiday cottage is all on one level and comprises :
- A living room with sofa, TV, table with 4 chairs, sideboard, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine.
- Two bedrooms with 140x190 beds, two bedside tables, armchairs and large closet
- Bathroom with double washbasin unit, walk-in shower, heated towel rail and washing machine
- One WC

Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay housekeeping included. WIFI ACCESS.
Pets are welcome free of charge on request to the owner (a very friendly dog and cat live on site).
Private parking on the property (enclosed grounds).
