Spacious semi-detached Holiday cottage in Countryside with shared Piscine, garden and terrace

Located in the heart of a farm, the Alpilles Holiday cottage adjoins the La Crau Holiday cottage. It's a very spacious Holiday cottage, suitable for families, friends or business travelers. It's surrounded by nature: a lush garden, the owner's own olive, fig and pomegranate trees, and numerous fruit trees. Chickens and the owner's dogs roam freely around the property, but you may also spot rabbits or frogs, or even the owner's ponies. The enclosed Piscine is shared with the adjoining Holiday cottage and a mobile home. Le Mas de Cargane is just a stone's throw from the Alpilles, the Camargue, Istres, Arles and Salon de Provence.
On site, a store is open every day to buy products from the farm: fresh fruit in season (apricots, figs, pomegranates, grapes, etc.), juice, olive oil and honey.

Ground floor:
- Living room with high ceilings: kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with a large central island with dining area for 6, sink, fridge/freezer, 4 gas rings, hood, oven, microwave, small electrical appliances. Living room with sofas, armchairs, coffee table, TV, large wardrobe.
- Bedroom with bed 160x200cm, extra bed 90x190cm, closet.
- Bathroom with Italian-style shower with curtain, whirlpool bath, washing machine, washbasin with storage.
First floor:
- Mezzanine with single bed and sofa bed.
- Bedroom with 140x190cm bed, armchair, closet.
- En-suite shower room with curtained shower, washbasin, towel rail and WC.

Outside, private terraces with garden furniture, lounge and barbecue. 500m² garden in front of the Holiday cottage, then shared grounds. Enclosed communal Piscine with lockable gate: open from May to September, 9x4m, chlorinated. Private parking on site.

Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Baby bed available. Electric heating included. Wifi access. Pets not allowed.
