On a large Camargue farming estate, 3 character-filled Holiday cottages in the main building, bordering the Etang du Vaccarès. 16th-, 17th- and 18th-century farmhouses and an 11th-century military tower.
Bull-breeding on a territory between Arles and Les Saintes Maries de la Sea (Arles Centre 22 km - Stes Maries 44 km). Cereal farm, rice and durum wheat. 16km of private roads amidst livestock and crops. If you like antique furniture, large rooms and original materials, you're in for a treat! Immerse yourself in the heart of the bullfighting tradition of Arles, on the vast hunting grounds of the Camargue.
Heated communal Piscine (12x6 - 1m30 to 1m80) in a former sheepfold (a fine achievement) with showers and wc, open from April 1 to August 31.
Ground floor: living room with large Camargue fireplace, armchairs and flat-screen TV. Kitchen (fridge/freezer, 4-burner gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso capsule machine, oven and extractor hood).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200 cm. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x180cm. Bathroom. WC.
Unenclosed 50 m² terrace, shared courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue, parking. Electric vehicle charging station (shared by 6 Holiday cottages, individual billing via downloadable application).
Baby bed available. Housekeeping on request. Bed linen and towels provided. Heating included. Pets admitted with a supplement of 10€/day/pet and a deposit of 100€. Pet-friendly conditions: dog on leash, vaccination certificate provided, insurance certificate provided, litter pick-up. No cats allowed.

Lili Vacances en Camargue
L'endroit est magnifique, le temps était beau et le gîte très charmant. Il a beaucoup de caractère ( meubles anciens, grosses poutres, belle rénovation des murs, grande cheminée...) avec tous les avantages du confort moderne. La propriété est très vaste, en pleine nature, parmi les champs,enclos, sentiers naturels, etangs,marais...elle est très isolée et il faut prévoir pour l'approvisionnement ( premiers commerces à 22km). Quelques petites réparations sont à faire ( carrelages au sol à recimenter, moustiquaires trouée) Il faudrait aussi étoffer la vaisselle et surtout changer les poêles qui sont en tefal très abîmé ( dangereux pour la santé)

Tim & Ro Ideal base for exploring the Camargue
The ideal base for a very restful week of exploring the Camargue. The gite itself was very comfortable, cool and well furnished, and the swimming pool offered welcome respite from the late summer heat. As well as the opportunities for watching the wildlife on Vaccares, it was a pleasure to wander the farm's paths and see the magnificent Camargue cattle. We also enjoyed playing petanque and chatting with our gracious hosts.

Audrey Séjour en famille
Nous avons passé un agreable séjour dans ce gite de caractère idéalement situé pour visiter la Camargue.
Il y aurais néanmoins quelques travaux à prévoir:
- carreaux au sol à recoller
- les moustiquaires à refaire
- les enduits des murs à refaireNous avons été tres bien accueilli par Mme Cappen mais avons trouvé fort dommage de ne pouvoir rencontrer le propriétaire des lieux.

Paar mit Hund Landhaus in der Camargue
Tolles, charmantes Landhaus mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Naturnah gelegen, ideal für Spaziergänge, Radtouren, um die Camargue zu entdecken. Fantastische Vogel-und Froschkonzerte am Abend! Sehr schönes überdachtes Schwimmbad! Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!
