Located in the countryside 1 km from the village of Maillane 3 charming semi-detached gites on a fenced property. This gite is located between gite 13G260611 (Bouquet 1) and gite 13G130411 (Bouquet 3). Ideal location near Baux de Provence and St Remy.
Common facilities: Owners' swimming pool (10 x 5 - fenced) available free of charge from 15/05 to 30/09, Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Parking on the closed property. Common garden of 400 m² with play area for children.
Ground floor: living room with sofa, kitchen area (washing machine, dishwasher), flat screen TV, DVD player, dining area. Shower room/WC.
Upstairs, large bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x190). Cot on request. Heating and sheets included in the rental. Air conditioning upstairs can air condition the entire cottage.
Free WiFi. Grassed area of 35 m² and private terrace of 20 m² with garden furniture, barbecue. Cleaning on request at an additional cost. Tourist tax not included (per night, per person over 18).
