Shared facilities: owners' swimming pool (10x5, depth 1 to 1.80 m - fenced) available free of charge from 15/05 to 30/09, Monday to Friday, 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm. Parking on enclosed property. Shared 400m² garden with Kids' play area.

Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen/living room (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, 2 gas rings, 2 electric rings, kettle, filter+Senseo coffee maker, toaster), flat-screen TV, DVD player. Shower room/WC with heated towel rail.
