Fanny

Halfway between the Sainte Victoire and the Sainte Baume, between Aix-en-Provence and Cassis, Holiday cottage Fanny is a studio located on the first floor of the owner's beautiful villa. It has a beautiful view of the Pagnol hills, and opens directly onto a terrace and the Piscine (7x3.5m, 1.5m deep, open from May 1 to October 1, 10am to 8pm), shared with the owners and two other Holiday cottages. The pool is secured by a glass fence with safety gate.
The terraced garden is also shared and provides an ideal play area for Kids: swing, slide, monkey bridge.

All on one level, with private parking on the same level, the Holiday cottage is accessed via a bay window from the terrace:
- a large living room with sitting area: sofa and coffee table, kitchen: fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hobs, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine. Table with 2 chairs and 1 bench, flat-screen TV, library corner. Sleeping area with 160x190cm bed and wardrobe, and a second sleeping area with 2 single beds.
-Bathroom / WC with shower (glass shower screen), washbasin, shelving and storage unit, WC, washing machine.

The owner offers a Wellbeing experience with yoga classes or massages on request.
All utilities included: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, electricity. Baby equipment on request. Pets not allowed.
