The Esprit Longchamp Bed and breakfast offers 2 beautiful rooms facing Parc Longchamp, with quick access to all the City's main points of interest.
Private enclosed parking nearby with electric charging station, available on request from the owner.
Located on the first floor of a luxury building dating from the late 19th century, secured by intercom, with lots of character, 2 rooms:
1) Chambre Cendrars (green): on the park side, this room has 2 beds 90x200cm that can be twinned into 1 bed 180x200cm, armchairs and small table, ornamental fireplace and flat-screen TV. Spacious en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, heated towel rail and washbasin. Separate closed toilet.
2) Chambre Ispahan (pink): on the garden side, this room features a 180x200cm bed, armchairs and small table, ornamental fireplace and flat-screen TV, valet. Balcony overlooking the owner's garden below.
Spacious en-suite bathroom with large double walk-in shower, heated towel rail, washbasin and WC.
The bedrooms share a kitchen/dining room, with washing machine, microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, rice cooker, Nespresso pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker and kettle. Dining area.
They both have 2X2 USB sockets at the head of the bed, a 4k blu-ray DVD player and cupboards with safes. They are soundproofed.
The owner's living area is located one floor below.
Check-in time between 3pm and 10pm. Breakfast served between 8am and 10:30am.
In the immediate vicinity: shops, Museums of Natural History and Fine Arts, tramway, Metro (5 avenues stop line 1- station 2 stations away), Catalan Beach 20/25 minutes by bus (stop in front of building), Dome 15 minutes on foot.
Dogs accepted (park opposite).
There's no air-conditioning, but the building is old and cool, and fans are provided.

Olivier's place was exceptional! The sizing of the room and bathroom were spacious, he provided a fan within the room to help with Marseille's costal heat. Olivier also provided breakfast each morning of our stay which was greatly appreciated. When/if we needed something he was quick to respond and accommodate. We cannot speak highly enough of our stay here, it was easily one of our favorite places as we moved around France on our trip. If we find ourselves in Marseille again, Olivier's place will be first on our list to book!
Equally want to note is also in a great location near the metro but also for walking around the city. My wife and I ended up renting a car for our stay and it made travelling easier. Olivier's place was a 20-30 minute drive from the things we had planned to do there so the location was excellent for us! It was also quiet as well, day and night, most sound were cushioned as our room was facing the back gardens, which were also very pretty!

Olivier is a wonderful host! The location by the Parc Longchamp is very nice. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. Already booked my next stay.

Très belle chambre d'hôte. Petit déjeuner excellent. Quartier très agréable et à proximité du vieux port en tramway ou à pied. Merci à Olivier pour son accueil et ses bonnes adresses.

Macaron Tout simplement parfait
Séjour de 4 jours dans un quartier calme, très bien situé, proche des transports en commun, même si nous avons fait la majorité de nos déplacements à pieds.
Très bon accueil du propriétaire, discret, disponible si besoin, et facilitant notre arrivée et notre départ en acceptant la dépose de nos bagages.
La chambre est grande et très agréable et confortable. Le petit coin cuisine est appréciable.

Une chambre d'hôtes très agréable. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et agréable. La chambre est joliment décorée et aménagée. Sanitaires et literie de qualité. Le ménage est rigoureux.Les petits déjeuners sont gourmands et généreux. Un séjour très réussi !
