Holiday cottage Emma - Comfort and nature in the heart of Alpilles

Nestled in the Countryside of Provence, Holiday cottage Emma welcomes you to the first floor of a house with private balcony, in a peaceful setting surrounded by greenery. Enjoy a large garden with trees and a shared Piscine, with an unobstructed view of the countryside. The ideal location for a relaxing break, close to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Arles, Salon-de-Provence and charming typical villages and local markets. Hiking and cycling trails start directly from the Holiday cottage.

Located on the 1st floor (access via an outside staircase of around 20 steps), the Holiday cottage comprises :
- Air-conditioned living room with open-plan kitchen: fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 induction hobs), dining table for 4. Sitting area with corner sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV. Access to balcony (10 m²) with mosquito net, garden furniture and gas plancha.
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with closets, beds 180x190cm and 160x200cm, each separable into 2 single beds.
- Air-conditioned office / spare bedroom: sofa bed 140x190cm, closet, desk. Sleeps 2 extra.
- Bathroom: 90x110cm walk-in shower with shower screen and thermostatic tap, washbasin, storage space, towel rail.
- Separate toilet with washbasin and washing machine.

Outside: shared garden with lounge furniture, fruit trees, swing set, 2 horses, a pony and a small tame pig. Piscine 11x6 m (chlorine, alarm), open May to mid-September, 9 am to 8 pm. Parking on the property.

Holiday cottage on upper floor, with large staircase and balcony, not suitable for young children.

Services: Electricity billed according to actual consumption, meter read on arrival. Bed linen and towels included. Housekeeping included. 1st breakfast free, other days on request.
Pets allowed under certain conditions: to be notified upon reservation, max 15kg, 1 pet max, pets may not be left alone in the Holiday cottage, specific deposit required.
