Once you've parked your car, climb a dozen or so steps to reach the Bungalow, then another dozen or so to reach the Piscine, summer kitchen with spa area and Sports hall. From each level, views of the surrounding countryside and the Cuges plain. Whether you're looking to relax or explore the region, this house is sure to be a vacation paradise. The Sea is just 10km away; Marseille, Aix en Provence and Toulon less than 40km.

The house is composed as follows
- large living room with fully-equipped kitchen: American fridge, dishwasher, 4-burner induction cooker, extractor hood, oven, microwave, bean-to-cup coffee maker, central island with dining area. Storeroom with washing machine and dryer. Large living room with sofa and connected TV, view of the 100m² terrace sheltered by large shade sails, garden and relaxation furniture, hammock.
- 2 identical bedrooms with 140x190cm beds, desks, wall-to-wall closets, picture windows opening onto the terrace.
- bathroom with shower, bath, washbasin and heated towel rail.
- master bedroom with 180x200cm bed, chest of drawers and private bathroom (bath, shower, basin and towel dryer).
- Separate WC.

Outside, one level above the house :
- 15x3m (1.40m deep) saltwater Piscine, secured by a gate at the bottom of the stairs,
