Between the Port de la Madrague de Gignac and the Port de la Redonne, at the end of a cul-de-sac and on a GR hiking trail, with a direct view of the sea and access to a small sandy beach 50m away on foot, the "Dans les Calanques" gîte lives up to its name.

Located on the 1st floor from the street, below the owner's house, it's a small pied-à-terre furnished in a marine spirit, with 2 terraces at your disposal.
It comprises a living room with sofa, coffee table, 80cm flat-screen TV, orange box channels and DVD player. Open-plan kitchen with 2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, combined oven/microwave, small fridge, 45cm dishwasher and bar with 2 high stools. Separate sleeping area with a 2-person 140x190cm bed, large closet, in an alcove with a boat cabin feel.
Small bathroom with shower 70x90cm, washbasin and WC.
Small laundry/storeroom with freezer, accessible from the terrace.

2 terraces, one approx. 12 m² with garden furniture and barbecue, the second on the same level with independent access from the parking lot, approx. 20 m² with sun loungers. Sea views from the 2 terraces.
