Located between the Port de la Madrague in Gignac and the Port de la Redonne, at the end of a cul-de-sac along a GR hiking trail, with a direct view of the sea and access to a small sandy beach just a 50-meter walk away, the “Dans les Calanques” holiday cottage truly lives up to its name.

Located on the first floor above street level, below the owner’s residence, it is a small vacation rental decorated in a nautical style, with two terraces available for guests.
It features a living room with a sofa, coffee table, 80cm flat-screen TV, Orange TV channels, and a DVD player. Open-concept fully equipped kitchen with a 2-burner induction cooktop, range hood, combination oven/microwave, small refrigerator, 45-cm dishwasher, and a bar with two bar stools. Separate, enclosed sleeping area with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a large closet, set in an alcove with a ship’s cabin-style ambiance.
Small bathroom on a slight raised level (4 steps) with a 70x90 cm shower, sink, and toilet.
Small laundry/pantry accessible from the terrace, equipped with a freezer.

Two terraces: one adjoining the living area, approximately 12 m², with patio furniture and a barbecue; the second, on the same level, has separate access from the parking lot, measures approximately 20 m², and features sun loungers. Ocean view from both terraces.
