Halfway between the Alpilles and the Luberon, Cygale is a detached house located in a residential development just a stone's throw from the shops. Its proximity to the village's main road provides quick access to nearby tourist attractions: Pont Royal international golf course, Zoo de la Barben and Rocher Mistral, Alpilles and Luberon regional nature parks, Aix en Provence, Avignon and Salon de Provence. The house can accommodate 6 to 7 people and offers a beautiful outdoor space with shaded terrace, swimming pool and parking.

On one level, the house comprises :
- Large living room with corner sofa, coffee table, curved-screen connected TV, pellet stove, wall cupboard, table and benches, bay window onto terrace.
- Kitchen opening onto living room with bar: equipped with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.
- Storeroom at the rear of the house with storage space, washing machine and additional freezer.
- 2 bedrooms with double beds (1 four-poster bed 140x190cm and 1 Mezzanine bed 160x200cm), closets and desks.
- 1 bedroom with 160x200cm bed and closet.
- Large office with bookcase and 2-person sofa-bed.
- Bathroom with bathtub, Italian-style shower, double washbasin, heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.

Shaded terrace with garden furniture, private swimming pool 6x3m (depth up to 1.80m) secured by alarm, open from April to October (weather permitting). Garage for storage. Possibility of parking 3 vehicles on gated property.
Possibility of an extra bed in the office: €20/day/additional person.
Pets allowed (with 50€ deposit).

Electric heating + pellet stove (included). End-of-stay cleaning extra. Sheets and towels extra.
