Gîte for 6 people located in the Aix-en-Provence countryside, with swimming pool, pétanque court, ideally situated in the heart of the main Provencal tourist sites.

Just a stone's throw from downtown Aix-en-Provence, in the Countryside, Patricia and Dominique welcome you to their Holiday cottage on the first floor of their villa. You'll share the outdoors with them: garden and Piscine, with a pétanque court.

The Holiday cottage comprises, on the first floor, :
- Living room with lounge (sofa, armchair, pouffe, flat-screen TV and board games), dining area in front of the fireplace (wood provided) for 6 people, bench around the fireplace. Kitchen opening onto the living room via a bar, equipped with a 4-burner vitroceramic hob, hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and Senseo pod coffee maker.
- Laundry room with washing machine and household utensils.
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, closet and chair.
- 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm, chair, closet and small storage unit.

On 1st floor, 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, mirror, small storage unit and end of bed.

Piscine (alarm) shared with owners 10x5m, 0.90-2.2m deep, accessible from May 1 to October 31 from 8 a.m. No swimming at night.
Parents are responsible for the Piscine.
Private parking on property.

Heating included : fuel oil, wood for fireplace, wifi (fiber).
Sheets and towels (€10 per person), optional end-of-stay cleaning.

Aquagym classes available on request (5 people minimum, booking required).

The location of this accommodation gives you rapid access to all the major tourist sites of Provence, the Calanques, the Camargue... You'll benefit from the proximity of the City of Aix-en-Provence, while avoiding its nuisances and enjoying the sounds of birdsong!
