On a single level, first floor raised by 3 steps, the gîte comprises :
- Kitchen with dining area for 6 people, 3-burner ceramic hob, hood, oven, microwave, washing machine, 8-place dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
- Living room with 2 leather sofas, small office area with 2 chairs, 109cm flat-screen TV connected with Bbox channels, reversible air conditioning and large mirror in entrance hall.
- 1st bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm that can be twinned into 1 bed 180x190cm, closet and bench.
- 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm that can be made into 1 bed 180x190cm and closet.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower 100x110cm and washbasin.
- Separate WC.

Private parking on unenclosed property.
Mosquito screens on all windows except bay window and roller shutters.
