This estate, a member of the Vignerons Indépendants en Coteaux d'Aix en Provence, has its own cellar and extends over 80 hectares of vines and garrigue. Tasting cellar with magnificent stone vault, located inside the building, to discover the estate's wines.

5 air-conditioned bed and breakfast rooms:
- Ground-floor 'Côté bassin' room with 160x200cm bed and 2 single beds, relaxation area with table and armchair, bathroom equipped for people with reduced mobility (walk-in shower, grab bar, shower seat, heated towel rail and double basin), WC. Private terrace with garden furniture (10 m²). Baby bed available. This room has Tourism and Handicap certification.
- 1st floor: 'Côté Tour' room: spacious, lordly atmosphere, with 180x200cm bed and 2 single beds, sitting area, bathroom with corner bath, heated towel rail, double washbasin and WC.
- 2nd floor: Lounge with TV, bookcase, armchairs, sofa and coffee table, leading to 3 bedrooms:
- Côté Vignes' with 160x200cm bed, bathroom with bath, double washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.
- Côté Platane' with 180x200cm bed, wardrobe, armchair, desk, sleeping area with 90x200cm bed, shower room/WC with walk-in shower.
- Côté Figuier' with bed 180x200cm, wardrobe, armchair, desk and shower/WC.
These 2 rooms can be connected.

Shared summer kitchen with gas and vitroceramic hobs, fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave accessible to guests. Communal terraces with garden furniture, including a large covered area.
