A little nest in the countryside, not far from Aix en Provence and Marseille... right in the heart of Provence.

In the Aix countryside not far from the Aix TGV train station, at the foot of the hilltop village of Cabriès, 36 m2 self-catering cottage for 2 people, adjoining the owner's house. Set in 3600 m² of wooded grounds, this Holiday cottage has its own 12 m² terrace with garden furniture.

On the ground floor, access via the bay window to the living area, with sitting area and flat-screen TV/DVD, dining area in front of the kitchen, and cleverly equipped kitchen area (ceramic hob/oven/dishwasher, microwave oven, pod coffee maker, fridge/freezer).
Upstairs, at the top of an attractive spiral staircase, a 2-person bedroom with 160x200 bed and desk. Direct access to the bathroom with double washbasin, shower and WC.

Bed linen and towels included, electric heating (heating package 45 per week or €6.50 per night. Housekeeping on request, baby bed and chair available, wifi (fiber), stereo.
Washing machine shared with owner.
Complete baby kit on request.
Natural and responsible air conditioning.
Your host Mireille Géraudie is very concerned with ecology, and has therefore built her house in compliance with the main elements of environmental building management: quality materials, hemp insulation, rainwater recovery, double glazing, heat storage radiators, self-consumption of photo-voltaic energy production. Renewable electricity supplement supplied by Enercoop. But also a composter, which she'll teach you how to use if need be.

You're in the golden triangle between Aix and Marseille, not far from the Côte Bleue and Cassis beaches. Public transport provides easy access to nearby regional cities: buses to Aix-en-Provence (frequent stops) and Marseille are just a hundred meters from the Holiday cottage. The local Tgv train station puts you within easy reach of Avignon (30 minutes) and its cultural activities, while you enjoy the peace and quiet of your return to Calendal.
