On the first floor, the gîte comprises a living room with club armchairs, flat-screen TV with Freebox channels (Netflix access, Youtube, etc.). Dining area for 2 with table and high chairs. Open-plan kitchen with 2-burner ceramic hob, microwave/oven combo, washing machine, small fridge and wine cellar.

Upstairs, bedroom on enclosed mezzanine with velux window and reversible air-conditioning. 1 double bed 140x200cm, desk, storage space with shelves, chest of drawers and safe. Bathroom area open onto the bedroom, with sunken bathtub, washbasin and folding screen. Closed sanibroyeur toilet.

Attractive 15 m² private shaded terrace with armchairs and brazier (wood provided). Garden shared with owners of approx. 600 m², lush with flowers. Pool house with large dining area and pizza oven/barbecue.

Fenced swimming pool shared with owners, 7x4m, 1.4m deep, open from 15/05 to 30/09, accessible until 9pm.
Private parking on enclosed property.
