Enclosed, automated private garage with laundry facilities (washing machine, washbasin). One car can be parked in the garage, as well as on the fully fenced and gated grounds.
Terrace 18 m² shaded by a trellis with garden furniture and barbecue. Garden of approx. 800 m² with private 8x4m Piscine, 0.9m to 1.5m deep, alarmed and accessible from early June to late September, sun loungers, outdoor solar shower.
