Unusual annex in the garden: dome under the stars with 140x190 mattress. This dome will be particularly appreciated by children.
Enclosed, automated private garage with laundry facilities (washing machine, washbasin). One car can be parked in the garage, and parking spaces are also available on the fully fenced and gated grounds.
Terrace 18 m² shaded by a trellis with garden furniture and barbecue. Garden of approx. 800 m² with private swimming pool 8x4m, 0.9m to 1.5m deep, secured by alarm and accessible from early June to late September, sun loungers, outdoor solar shower.
