Domaine Ballore is located in the heart of nature on the heights of Simiane-Collongue, at the foot of the Pilon du Roi, halfway between Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and Aubagne.

On the first floor of the owners' bastide, the Ballore gîte is accessed by a few steps and a balcony. It comprises
- a living room with round table and 4 chairs, sofa, coffee table, footstool, flat-screen TV and French windows opening onto the balcony
- kitchen with high table and stools. Equipped with a large fridge, separate freezer, 3 induction hobs, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
- two bedrooms with 140x190cm beds, one with large wall cupboards, the second with a cupboard in the hallway
- a bathroom with Italian-style shower with step, double washbasin with vanity unit, private washing machine
- separate toilet

The terrace in front of the gîte is equipped with an electric plancha, garden furniture and deckchairs. Guests have access to the several-hectare estate and its large 16x8m shared swimming pool (1 to 2.5m deep), which is open from May to September from 10 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and is alarm-protected. Common areas (orchard, ping-pong table, badminton, swimming pool) are shared with the owners and two studios.
Private parking on the property in front of the apartment. Communal educational farm 500m away, and starting point for hiking and mountain-biking trails from the apartment. Electric vehicle recharging point.
