Domaine Ballore is located in the heart of nature on the heights of Simiane-Collongue, at the foot of the Pilon du Roi, halfway between Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and Aubagne.
On the first floor of the owners' bastide, the Ballore Holiday cottage is accessed by a few steps and a balcony. It comprises
- a living room with round table and 4 chairs, sofa, coffee table, footstool, flat-screen TV and French windows opening onto the balcony
- kitchen with high table and stools. Equipped with large refrigerator, separate freezer, 3 induction hobs, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven
- two bedrooms:
1 with bed 140x190cm and large wall cupboards
1 with bed 140x190cm + 1 bed 80x190 cm and closet in corridor
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin with vanity unit, private washing machine
- separate toilet
The terrace in front of the Holiday cottage is equipped with an electric grill, garden furniture and deckchairs. The several-hectare estate is accessible to guests, as is the large shared 16x8m Piscine (depth 1 to 2.5m), which is open from May to September from 10 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and is protected by an alarm. Communal areas (15x3.5 petanque court, orchard, ping-pong table, badminton, swimming pool) are shared with the owners and two studios.
Private parking on the property in front of the apartment. Communal educational farm 500m away and departure point for Hiking and mountain bike trails from the apartment. Electric vehicle recharging point.
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included.

Parfait séjour au domaine de Ballore.
Le domaine est très agréable, au calme pour se reposer, avec une très grande piscine.
Les propriétaires sont super sympa et toujours précieux en bon conseils pour explorer la région.
Nous avons passés un excellent séjour et avons déjà hâte de pouvoir y revenir.

Iseirinne Un petit coin de paradis
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour - malgré la canicule - dans ce gîte niché au cœur d’un vaste domaine d’une biodiversité incroyable. L’accueil a été tout simplement parfait : les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et attentionnés, ce qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour exceptionnel.
Le grand plus: la superbe piscine, idéale pour se rafraîchir pendant la canicule mais également nager! Le gîte est également très bien situé, à mi-chemin entre Marseille et Aix-en-Provence, ce qui nous a permis de rayonner facilement dans la région tout en profitant du calme de la nature le soir venu.
Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce lieu à tous ceux qui recherchent détente, nature et convivialité. Nous espérons y revenir très bientôt!

Arévins Au pays de Pagnol
On ne vient pas à Ballore par hasard et le hasard fait toujours bien les choses. Un accueil dans la plus pure tradition provençale, chaleureux et convivial. Bienvenue au pays de Pagnol, au pays des sources et au pays des cigales. Le décor est planté, un grand domaine dans lequel on peut se promener, une jolie maison et une grande piscine pour se rafraîchir. Le séjour était très agréable et ressourçant.

Nathalie voor herhaling vatbaar
Wat een zalige vakantie hebben wij achter de rug!
Deze plaats midden de natuur op een zalig groot domein!
Heel vriendelijke gastheer en vrouw, voelden ons onmiddellijk welkom.
Het huisje is een aanrader! Heel gerieflijk,
goeie bedden,alles compleet om een heerlijke vakantie te hebben.
Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!
Van hieruit heel leuke wandelingen en uitstappen naar Aix-en-Provence en Marseille.
Station is aanwezig in Simiane collongue dus hier kan je ook gebruik van maken.
Zwembad is een zaligheid na een daguitstap of gewoon voor luilekker dagje!
