Gîte in the heart of nature, located on a farm in the Parc Naturel Régional des Alpilles, sleeps 6/7, with private terrace, courtyard, swimming pool and pétanque court. Pets welcome!

Sylvie welcomes you to her farm in the heart of nature, overlooking the Alpilles, "Au coq qui chante", a Holiday cottage adjoining her own home. The Holiday cottage has a lovely, shaded, well-oriented private terrace, a 500 m² enclosed gravel courtyard with sunbathing areas, an above-ground swimming pool and a pétanque court at the rear of the cottage. Sylvie runs organic greenhouses on the property.

The Holiday cottage is on a single, raised level, accessible via 9 small steps (half-height). It comprises :
- A living room with leather corner sofa bed 140x190cm (with real mattress - 1 additional bed possible to reach a total capacity of 7 people), poufs and flat-screen TV. Dining area for 8. Equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with bar counter with high chairs, 3-burner gas stove and 1 electric, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and beautiful Delonghi coffeemaker.
- 1st bedroom with 2 beds 90x90x190cm that can be twinned into 1 bed 180x190cm, wardrobe and coat rack.
- 2nd bedroom with 3 beds 90x90x190cm, wardrobe and coat rack.
- Bathroom with large walk-in shower with seat (width adapted for a wheelchair), double washbasin, bidet, heated towel rail and washing machine.
- Separate toilet with grab bar.

Enclosed private above-ground Piscine (6x4m, 1.2m deep, accessible from May 15 to September 30).

All-inclusive: reversible air conditioning (2 units in living room and ceiling fans in bedrooms), bed linen and towels. End-of-stay cleaning extra.

Pets (max. 40 kg) welcome and free of charge (3 dogs and 7 cats on the property).
