The Holiday cottage, on the first floor raised by 3 steps, comprises :
- Living room with fully-equipped kitchen (4-burner induction hob, hood, oven/microwave combo, small fridge and dishwasher). Dining area for 4 people. Living room with sofa with built-in coffee table, flat-screen TV, radio, armchair and reversible air-conditioning.
- Bedroom with 1 x 160x200cm bed, 2 bedside tables, armchair, 2-seater sofa, desk and reversible air-conditioning.
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.

Private terrace of approx. 25 m² with garden furniture and lounge.
Private parking on enclosed property.

This Holiday cottage in a semi-countryside area is located close to Marseille Provence Airport (11km). It is close to motorways, making it easy to reach Aix-en-Provence, Salon de Provence, Marseille and the beaches of the Côte Bleue.
