Au coeur de la Provence

The Au coeur de la Provence gîte is a totally independent house set in a large, enclosed private garden with trees, terraces and private above-ground pool.

Lovely, well-equipped, bright and spacious detached house in a quiet setting. Large private wooded garden of approx. 2000 m² with private above-ground swimming pool 7x4.5m, 1.3m deep, accessible from May to September. Close to village center, 10 km from the Sea and its calanques.

On one level, the Bungalow opens onto the living room, which includes a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, extractor fan, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher) with bar, a dining area with table and 6 chairs, and a living room with sofa bed (additional sleeping space available on request), armchair, coffee table and flat-screen TV (TNT). Reversible air-conditioning.
2 bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm double bed and closet. One of the 2 bedrooms also has its own private 6 m² wooden terrace with garden furniture.
Bathroom with 90x90cm shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.
Separate WC accessible via the shower room, with private washing machine and dryer.

Bed linen and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning on request (€150). Pets allowed free of charge subject to conditions: only one pet per stay, droppings to be collected. Built-in barbecue. Internet (wifi). Private parking on fully fenced property.

Pets up to 20 kg permitted.
