Adjoining the owners' home and located on a farm, this gîte is beautifully decorated with a marine theme.
On one level, it comprises :
- Living room with open-plan fitted kitchen with 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee maker with percolator. Living room with convertible corner sofa (possibility of 2 extra beds) and 80cm flat-screen TV. Dining area for 4.
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and closet.
- Large bathroom with 90x160cm non-slip walk-in shower, shower seat and grab bar, double washbasin and heated towel rail.
- Separate toilet with washbasin.
- Hallway with mirror and washing machine.
Private 70 m² terrace overlooking the Etang de Berre, with direct access via a private path to a small sandy beach below. Free access to the one-hectare property.
Reversible air-conditioning. Electricity billed according to actual consumption. End-of-stay cleaning on request, sheets and towels for hire. Wifi access. Private parking on property. Cot and high chair available on request.

Geweldig mooie gite met alles erop en eraan
Goed bed en het uitzicht vanaf het terras is fenomenaal
Lekker zwembad wat je mag gebruiken en natuurlijk je priveplekje aan het meer
Enige minpuntje was de airco die niet werkte maar was goed te doen met de plafondventilator op de slaapkamer
De eigenaar zou gelijk contact opnemen met de monteur voor de airco te repareren
Dit is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar- Cleanliness

Gica32 La pépite de l'étang
Nous avons eu le très grand plaisir de séjournée au gite" Au bord de l'Etang " A Miramas. Ce lieu est tout simplement magique et magnifique, sa situation vous offre un panorama a 180° sur l'étang de Berre, c'est les caraïbes en Provences. Les photos sur le site sont vraiment réelles, ont fait "Waouh" en pénétrant coté terrasse. A propos de Charles le propriétaire que dire, c'est une personne très accueillante, discrète, serviable, humaine, généreuse, conviviale etc.…..
En résume c'est un lieu ou est il difficile d'en partir.- Cleanliness

Perfect Perfect vacation
This was a perfect vacation. The house was very nice and complete. The owner was very friendly and welcomed us with fresh fruits and vegetables of his own garden. The view over the lake is amazing. You can always find a place in the shadow or on one of the comfortable chairs or sunbeds on the terrace .Beautiful places to visit in the area. We hope to come here once again.
