In the Countryside, 6km from the center of Arles, the Holiday cottage Arleya is a beautiful new detached house with private heated swimming pool, fenced garden and charging point for electric vehicles.

Through an electric gate with intercom, a path leads to the covered carport. The 2-storey house comprises :
- kitchen opening onto a dining room: kitchen with central island and plenty of storage space, fully integrated with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, induction and gas hobs, numerous appliances.
- living room with leather sofas and armchairs, coffee table, table soccer, very large connected TV and fixed speaker system.
- bedroom with 180x200cm bed, desk with screen and ethernet socket, large double dressing room, access to terrace via French windows and bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.
- bedroom with 180x200cm bed and 2 90x200cm beds, dressing room, French window opening onto terrace and bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
- 40m² bedroom on 1st floor with 180x200cm bed, flat-screen TV, sofa, dressing room and bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
- 10m² extra bedroom with single bed 120x190cm.
- laundry room with large washing machine, fridge/freezer
- separate toilet with washbasin

The house is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning. All windows and French windows are tilt-and-turn.

It is forbidden to connect an electric vehicle to the Holiday cottage's electrical system.
