Ample storage space in the entrance hall. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Separate WC.

A pleasant pied-à-terre in the heart of La Ciotat: in the morning, you can go down to the port to buy your fresh fish, walk to the Calanque du Mugel or Figuerolles or take a shuttle to spend the day on the Ile Verte, go to one of the sandy beaches along the way, have your coffee on a terrace at the foot of the City bell tower or simply stroll through the adjacent pedestrian streets. Public parking lot Verdun 150 m away with weekly passes (45€ - rates 2025 / booking recommended in summer).
