A lovely green spot not far from the city, in a charming and welcoming gîte for 4 people.

Le Mas des Vergers already offers 2 guest rooms on a lush, wooded property. Large shared grounds with garden furniture spread out under the shade, ping-pong table, secure swimming pool (11x5m, depth 1.80 m, open from June to October from 10am to 12:30pm and from 2:30pm to 8pm), children's games.

The gîte is located at the entrance to the mas, and has its own private terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and gas plancha.
Ground floor: living room/kitchen: fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances, pod coffee maker), dining area and sitting area with corner sofa, flat-screen TV. Large 2-person bedroom with 160x200 bed, access to private shower/wc (washing machine).
Upstairs, bedroom for 2 (2 beds 90x190) overlooking the garden to the south and the terrace to the east, with en-suite shower room/wc.

Bed linen and towels on request are included in the price, as are wi-fi, electric heating and air-conditioning. Cot and high chair available on request.
A €100 cleaning deposit is required on arrival.
