In the heart of St Rémy de Provence's pedestrian zone, in a quiet cul-de-sac, lovely 17th-century village house overlooking a small square.
Arranged over 3 levels, it will appeal to all lovers of fine materials, elegant decoration and cachet with its beams and stone walls. At the rear of the house is a small courtyard with a secure well and a private heated Piscine (4x3, 1.50m deep) accessible from 15/04 to 30/09.
Ground floor: entrance via vestibule (storage space), fitted kitchen and dining area: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas and ceramic hob, pod coffee maker, small appliances. Direct access to courtyard with garden furniture. Separate WC with laundry area (washing machine/dryer). A few steps lead up to the bright summer lounge with access to the Piscine.
1st floor: 1st bright bedroom with large bay windows overlooking the rear courtyard, double bed (160x200). 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) overlooking the cul-de-sac. A few more steps lead up to the Lake shower room (Italian shower, washbasin).
2nd floor: living room with sofas, desk, flat-screen TV (connected to wifi box) and DVD player. 3rd bedroom for 2 (180x200) with its own terrace (4.5 m²) overlooking both the courtyard and the small square.
A staircase leads to the second bathroom, under the roof (velux), with shower and WC.
Air-conditioning in bedrooms and lounge (included), baby bed and high chair, bed linen and towels included, Wifi (fiber) - Barbecue plancha, public parking lot 50 m away (paying) and 1 secure parking space (included) 10 min away. Housekeeping included.
The particular charm of this house, with its rooms spread over several levels, may present a handicap for people with reduced mobility, but it's an ideal place to explore the whole region and enjoy the festivals.

Fabienne et ses deux filles Julia et Hélène ont eu le coup de cœur pour cette maison typique située dans le quartier historique de Saint Rémy de Provence.
Attachées à cette belle région de France, à ses paysages, à ses champs d'oliviers, nous avons choisi d'installer notre maison de vacances ici, au cœur des Alpilles.
Éprises de belles pierres et passionnées par l'architecture intérieure, nous avons cherché à allier le patrimoine bâti, le confort moderne et la décoration contemporaine.
Toujours soucieuses d'améliorer la maison, nous avons engagé de gros travaux de restauration en février et mars 2024.
