Vespuis" gîte in a typical Pre-Alpes d'Azur village

This large communal house houses the town hall on the first floor and 4 communal gîtes. Coursegoules is a village several thousand years old, offering a warm welcome in its accommodation, restaurants and shops. Its environment is a remarkable site identified as part of the Natura 2000 network. Don't hesitate to consult the Commune's website, which offers a wealth of heritage and historical information, as well as ideas for walking and exploring the area.

Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a large village house. Duplex apartment comprising :
Downstairs:
- Kitchen and living room, sofa bed for two people 140*190
- Shower room, wc.
Access to the upper part via a staircase with alternating Japanese steps:
- Attic bedroom with two single beds 90*190 and a mezzanine with a 140*190 bed.

Electric heating. Utilities included.
Laundry room shared by several gîtes on first floor: washing machine and tumble dryer.

Two (public) electric recharging points are located at the Colombier municipal parking lot (100m).

For your information, the July 13/14 Fête and the Fête Patronale FIN juillet will be held in the heart of the village, at the foot of the gîte...!
