The furnishings are in keeping with the mountain setting. The owner provides 2 mountain bikes. Wellbeing back massage available on request from the owner, subject to availability. Peira Cava Leisure Park Adventures in an extraordinary site. Just 10 km from the Col de Turini and the Camp d'Argent ski resort (ski slopes 12 km away), where you can enjoy a wide range of activities in summer and winter in the Mercantour.

Balcony entrance to living room.

- Shower room. Separate WC.

First floor:
- 2 attic bedrooms (each: 1 double bed 140*190).

Electric heating. EDF extra charge.
Bed linen and towels NOT provided. End-of-stay cleaning to be done by you before departure.

1 small pet allowed by prior arrangement with the owner.
Keys handed over on site by the owner. Arrival time to be agreed with the owner, if possible before 6pm in winter.
