Nestled on the heights of Vence, in the heart of a peaceful, verdant environment, the "SmartAzur BnB" guest house welcomes you to a privileged setting between the Sea and the Mountains. The property is ideally located for exploring the hinterland of Nice, while enjoying the proximity of the Côte d'Azur. In a warm and refined atmosphere, each room has been designed to offer comfort, calm and relaxation. Just a few minutes from the historic center of Vence, famous for its heritage, art galleries and Provencal art of living, the house is an ideal base for exploring Saint-Paul-de-Vence, the hilltop villages of the hinterland and the Côte d'Azur coastline.

Air-conditioned Bed and breakfast with 3 bedrooms and 1 studio All rooms are on garden level with private terraces * The 24 m² yellow room: One 160*200 bed, one 90*190 single bed suitable for a Kids or teenager. Office space. Shower room, WC. Direct access to the terrace, Piscine and garden. * The red room: 15m², east-facing, opening onto a private terrace and the garden at the back of the house. Sleeps 2, 1 bed 160*200. Dressing room. Office area. Shower room, WC * The 40 m² Studio comprises a large 30 m² bedroom/living/dining room, opening onto the garden and the Piscine and leading onto a private terrace with pergola, and a 10 m² fully-equipped kitchen. Library. The Studio alone can accommodate 2 Adults (king size bed - 180*200) and 1 Kids under 12 (armchair converts into a 80*190 bed). Large shower room, WC. * The 19 m² Blue Room: This room is only available in combination with the Studio to form a Private Apartment. Modular bedding to suit your needs: either a 180*190 double bed - or two 90*190 twin beds - or a 90*190 single bed and a Baby bed. Office area. Bathroom, WC. Access to the terrace, Piscine and garden. The Studio can also be booked with the Blue Azur Room, the Yellow Room and/or the Red Room, offering private space for a total of 10 people, including a maximum of 8 adults and 2 Kids. Each room is equipped with a TV (large screen). Courtesy tray. A large communal area - lounge, dining room, kitchen, welcoming and open onto the large terrace, the infinity pool and the garden. Parking on the property. Upon reservation, a "table d'hôtes" evening can be organized for stays of a week or more: €40/adult, €20 for Kids aged 6 to 12 and €10 for Kids under 6.
