Alpine gîte in the heart of the Plateau du Lac protected site overlooking the Tinée valley

An atypical stay for nature lovers and mountain enthusiasts. Total disconnection in this alpine gîte perched at 1200m in a 70-hectare green setting. Beautiful panoramic views of the mountains and valleys from the plateau. This protected site (camping and outdoor fires prohibited) on the edge of the forest 4 km from the village comprises three Gîtes d'alpage for two to six people (n°3122,3123, 3142). Gîte n°2 is the smallest of the three and also the most independent.
The medieval village of Bairols, perched at an altitude of 830 m, is an eagle's nest of exceptional surroundings and unique, unspoilt architecture. Access to the resorts and Mercantour National Park from the Tinée valley, and the leisure activities and services of the Côte d'Azur 50 km away.

Ground floor:
- Entrance (1 step) to 18 m² equipped covered terrace (charcoal barbecue).
- Living room (12 m², including 2-person 140x190 convertible bed), kitchenette (3 m²).
- Bathroom with toilet (4 m²).
Low mezzanine - 1.30 m
- 8 m² room with 2 single beds 90*190.

Gas heating, fridge/freezer and cooking (two hotplates, no oven). Solar panel lighting and two 24-volt sockets.
Telephone network accessible outside on the plateau. No TV, no wifi/4G. Bathroom linen provided.
