The owner, a horticulturist and florist, has built four independent cottages, each with its own character, on a large, beautiful estate. The furnishings, Mediterranean colors and comfort make these Holiday cottages a great place to stay for a quiet vacation in a sought-after natural environment. The origins of the Holiday cottage "Pivoine" lie in the soothing color of its totem flower.
Biot is famous for its glassworks and its many arts and crafts. A listed site. The hilltop village is renowned for the manufacture of oil jars, thanks to the importance and quality of its clay and kilnstone. A visit to the Fernand-Léger national museum is a must for art lovers.
Air-conditioned detached house. Access by several steps:

- 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160*200 cm). Wall cupboard.
- Bathroom (Italian shower) with WC.

Parking lot at the entrance to the property with 3 electric recharging points for hybrid or 100% electric vehicles, with a weekly charge of €30 for recharging at any time.

Séjour globalement très satisfaisant dans un environnement très calme et agréable. Le gîte est très bien équipé et agréable à vivre. La propriétaire est accueillante, disponible et répond aux demandes.
Précision : les « quelques marches » notifiées dans le descriptif, menant du parking aux gîtes, sont au nombre de 29 réparties sur une longue pente abrupte desservant 2 gîtes situés au plus bas. Bon exercice cardio. quotidien mais à prendre en compte par les personnes « fragilisées ».- Cleanliness

Jacques Superbe gîte
Le gîte est superbe. C'est une petite maison indépendante de 50 m2 avec une grande salle et une grande chambre (lit de 160 cm). Tout est neuf et moderne (clim, wifi par fibre, lave linge, lave vaisselle et beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine).
Le lieu est merveilleux. C'est en hauteur avec une vue imprenable sur l'arrière pays d'Antibes.
Attention toutefois : cette location est totalement impossible pour des personnes ayant des difficultés pour marcher car il y a des escaliers et de la pente pour rejoindre le logement à partir du parking.
La propriétaire nous a bien reçus avec même un petit cadeau à notre arrivée !

L'accès au Gîte par des marches est clairement notifié dans le descriptif ainsi que sur les photos.

Vero. Logement agréable
Logement calme à 20km d'Antibes, Nice ou de Cannes.
Avons apprécié la climatisation après une journée à découvrir la région sous 30°c.
Avons également apprécié la visite de la vieille ville organisée par l'office du tourisme de Biot.- Cleanliness
